We are a well established, progressive company situated close to the M25.  We have many long-term customers with whom we enjoy mutually satisfactory trading arrangements.

Our speciality is C.N.C. punching.  We have four Wiedemann C.N.C. punching machines (30 ton) - one of which incorporates an auto loading/unloading system - all with Abacus Cad/Cam programming aid.  Also, to compliment our punch presses, we have invested over £1/2 Million in a fully automated forming cell by Salvagnini.

We also offer all the usual sheet metal manufacturing facilities, using a wide range of machinery including:

Guillotines - Max 3mtr x 1/4inch plate, press brakes - Max 3mtr x 100 tonne (full C.N.C. control), spot welders - up to 50 K.V.A., fully automated stud/bush inserting machines, welding - full range, and electrical assembly facilities (lighting).

Where a paint finish is required, we have automatic powder coating paint lines incorporating 3 stage iron phosphate pre-treatment.  These are all backed by highly skilled operators.  Using this state of the art technology means that we can provide a fast, efficient service.  Often next day delivery from a telephone/fax order.

At present, we supply a diverse number of customers, principally to the lighting and shop-fitting industries.  We produce (in house) a wide range of specialised light fittings, shelving, bracketry etc.  These are completed to specifications, i.e. painted, wired, tested, packed (if required) and delivered.
